HOW TO MEASURE THE PROPER HELMET SIZE - To find the right size, start by measuring your head circumference. Wrap a flexible tape measure around the largest portion of your head, about an inch above your eyebrows. Alternatively, you can use a string, wrap it around your head, and then measure the length of the string with a yardstick. If your size is between 21.3-22.8 inches (54cm-58cm), we recommend choosing a size Large. This helmet is recommended for ages 5 and older.
