The shoes come with a die-cut EVA footbed with medium arch support. This provides comfortable support for your feet. Additionally, the shoes are compatible with both 2-bolt and 3-bolt pedal/cleat systems, including Look, Shimano SPD/SPD-SL, Time, etc. Some systems may require an adapter.
